The present invention relates generally to adjuvants, and in particular to
methods and products utilizing a synergistic combination of
immunostimulatory oligonucleotides having at least one unmethylated CpG
dinucleotide (CpG ODN) and a non-nucleic acid adjuvant. Such combinations
of adjuvants may be used with an antigen or alone. The present invention
also relates to methods and products utilizing immunostimulatory
oligonucleotides having at least one unmethylated CpG dinucleotide (CpG
ODN) for induction of cellular immunity in infants.
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft over het algemeen op hulp betrekking, en in het bijzonder aan methodes en producten die een synergistic combinatie immunostimulatory oligonucleotides gebruiken die minstens één hebben unmethylated dinucleotide CpG (CpG ODN) en een niet nucleic zure hulp. Dergelijke combinaties hulp kunnen met een antigeen worden gebruikt of alleen. De onderhavige uitvinding heeft ook op methodes betrekking en de producten die immunostimulatory oligonucleotides gebruiken die minstens één hebben unmethylated dinucleotide CpG (CpG ODN) voor inductie van cellulaire immuniteit in zuigelingen.
