The present invention comprises and utilizes methods and compositions for
treating hyperimmune reactions in the eye. Compositions comprising
antibodies to gamma interferon alone and in combination with other drugs
are described. Also disclosed in the invention are methods of applying a
composition comprising interferon gamma antibodies topically to the eye to
treat hyperimmune reactions, such as transplant rejection, uveitis,
autoimmune diseases of the eye, and ocular disorders incidental to or
connected with autoimmune diseases.
De onderhavige uitvinding bestaat en gebruikt uit methodes en samenstellingen voor het behandelen van hyperimmune reacties in het oog. De samenstellingen die uit antilichamen bestaan aan gamma interferon alleen en in combinatie met andere drugs worden beschreven. Ook onthuld in de uitvinding worden de methodes om een samenstelling topically bestaand interferongamma uit antilichamen op het oog aan te brengen om hyperimmune reacties, zoals transplantatieverwerping, uveitis, auto-immune ziekten van het oog, en oculaire wanorde te behandelen bijkomend aan of verbonden aan auto-immune ziekten.
