A method for the treatment of diabetes mellitus and conditions associated
with diabetes mellitus in a mammal, which method comprises administering
an effective non-toxic and pharmaceutically acceptable amount of an
insulin sensitiser and an insulin secretagogue, to a mammal in need
thereof.
