The present invention relates to compounds of the general formula (I),
their preparation and use as pharmaceutical compositions asintegrin
antagonists, especially as .alpha..sub.4.beta. and/or
.alpha..sub.4.beta..sub.7 ?and/or .alpha..sub.9.beta..sub.1 intergrin
antagonists and in particular for the production of pharmaceutical
compositions suitable for the inhibition or the prevention of cell
adhesion and cell-adhesion mediated disorders. Examples are the treatment
and the prophylaxis of atherosclerosis, asthma, chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease (COPD), allergies, diabetes, inflammatory bowel
disease, multiple sclerosis, myocardial ischemia, rheumatoid arthritis,
transplant rejection and other inflammatory, autoimmune and immune
disorders. 1
Присытствыющий вымысел относит к смесям вообще формулы (i), их подготовки и пользы как фармацевтические антагонисты asintegrin составов, специально как alpha..sub.4.beta. and/or антагонисты intergrin alpha..sub.9.beta..sub.1 alpha..sub.4.beta..sub.7 ?and/or и в частности для продукции фармацевтических составов целесообразных для ингибитирования или предохранения прилипания клетки и посредничанных клетк-prilipaniem разладов. Примерами будут обработкой и профилактированием атеросклероза, астмой, хроническим обструктивным легочным заболеванием (COPD), аллергиями, мочеизнурением, воспалительным заболеванием кишечника, множественным склерозом, миокардиальной ишемией, ревматоидным артритом, сбросом трансплантата и другими воспалительными, аутоиммунными и иммунными разладами. 1
