Cell-free synthesis of polyketides

Cell-free systems which effect the production of polyketides employing modular polyketide synthases are described. Libraries of new and/or known polyketides may also be produced in cell-free systems employing aromatic PKS, modular PKS or both.

I sistemi senza cellula che effettuano la produzione dei polyketides che impiegano gli synthases modulari di polyketide sono descritti. Le biblioteche di nuovi e/o polyketides conosciuti possono anche essere prodotte nei sistemi senza cellula che impiegano PKS aromatico, PKS modulare o entrambi.
