The present application is directed to compounds having the structure of
Formula I:

where R.sup.1 is phenyl, pyridinyl, thiophenyl, furanyl, imidazolyl or
trazolyl, each optionally substituted by a straight or branched C.sub.1
-C.sub.6 alkyl, NO.sub.2, CF.sub.3, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkoxy, chloro,
fluoro, bromo, or iodo;
where R.sup.a and R.sup.b are independently selected from hydrogen, a
straight or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, NO.sub.2, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6
alkoxy, chloro, fluoro, bromo, or iodo; and where X is O or CH.sub.3.
The compounds may be incorporated into pharmaceutical compositions and
administered to patients as a treatment for pain, gastrointestinal
disorders, spinal injury, or disorders of the sympathetic nervous system.
Die anwesende Anwendung wird auf die Mittel verwiesen, welche die Struktur von Formel I haben: ## STR1 ## wo R.sup.1 Phenyl- ist, pyridinyl, thiophenyl, furanyl, imidazolyl oder trazolyl, jedes beliebig ersetzt durch ein gerades oder ausgebrittenes C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 Alkyl, NO.sub.2, CF.sub.3, C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 alkoxy, Chlor-, fluoro, bromo oder iodo; wo R.sup.a und R.sup.b unabhängig vom Wasserstoff, von einem geraden oder ausgebrittenen C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 Alkyl, NO.sub.2, C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 alkoxy vorgewählt werden, Chlor-, fluoro, bromo oder iodo; und wo X O oder CH.sub.3 ist. Die Mittel können in pharmazeutischen Aufbau enthalten werden und zu den Patienten als Behandlung für die Schmerz, die gastro-intestinalen Störungen, spinale Verletzung oder Störungen des sympatischen nervösen Systems ausgeübt werden.
