A complex catalyst for asymmetric epoxidation of enones, containing an optically active binaphthol, lanthanum triisopropoxide, triphenylphosphine oxide substituted with electron withdrawing groups in the parapositions of the phenyl groups, and cumene hydroperoxide or tert-butyl hydroperoxide.

Un catalyseur complexe pour l'époxydation asymétrique des enones, contenant un binaphthol optiquement actif, le triisopropoxide de lanthane, l'oxyde de triphenylphosphine substitué avec l'électron retirant des groupes dans les parapositions des groupes phényle, et l'hydroperoxyde de cumène ou l'hydroperoxyde tert-butylique.
