The present invention provides a system and method for analyzing hardware alarms
in a telecommunications digital cross-connect system. The present invention also
relates to a system and method for automating the process of analyzing hardware
failures that cause path and parity alarms in a telecommunications digital cross-connect
system used in a long distance network.
