The invention provides methods and devices to sense food intake, and
parameters such as glucose concentration that change as a function of
food intake, in a patient. The invention provides for measurement of
physiological parameters that change as a function of food intake, such
as a core body temperature. Some embodiments of the invention also
measure activity of the patient. The invention may further provide
methods and devices to provide treatment for medical conditions related
to food intake, such as delivery of insulin or other substance to
regulate the blood glucose of the patient.
