Process for bulk autoclaving of polysaccharides, wherein the process includes:
a) dissolving the polysaccharides in an aqueous solution and mixing until a homogeneous
solution is obtained; b) filling the resulting solution in at least one container;
c) placing the filled container(s) including the solution in an autoclave; d) placing
a sensor in at least one of the containers; and e) autoclaving the filled containers.
