The present invention is directed to a dual wall cup assembly suited for use
in a promotional campaign, provided with an outer cup having a sidewall joined
to a bottom wall and provided with an open top; an inner cup having a sidewall
joined to a bottom wall and provided with an open top; the inner cup is configured
to be receivable within the outer cup to create a sealed gap between the side walls
of an inner surface of the outer cup and an outer surface of the inner cup and
between the bottom walls of the outer and inner cups; and a promotional item positioned
within the gap.
