An organic EL display device includes an organic EL light emitting element having
the first electrode, an organic EL layer and the second electrode formed on a substrate;
and a color conversion filter bonded to the organic EL light emitting element and
having a color conversion filter layer formed on a transparent substrate. An outer
sealing wall and an internal filling portion are formed between the organic EL
light emitting element and the color conversion filter. A partition wall is formed
between the outer sealing wall and the internal filling portion.
