An improved stringed instrument bow resin made from synthetic hydrocarbon resin
and optionally modified with olefinic and elastomeric polymers, fillers, plasticizers,
colorants, and antioxidants. The composition is hypoallergenic, hydrophobic, non-corrosive,
and resistant to oxidation.
