The present invention concerns the use of nicotine or a derivative thereof for
producing a drug for continuous or progressive administration of 0.2 mg to 5 mg
per day per kilogram of body weight in man, said drug being administered simultaneously
with L-DOPA in a dose at least 30% lower than the effective dose when L-DOPA is
administered alone.
