A flashlight having a handle and a head pivotally mounted on the handle. A bulb
within the head and a battery within the handle in electrical circuit with a bulb
in the head. The handle having an upstanding ear and the head having an extending
arm. An opening in the upstanding ear and an opening in the arm, pivot means mounted
in the openings so that the head can pivot relative to the ear and the handle.
