A cooling device is constructed to include a heat sink attached to a heat generating
device and adapted to absorb heat energy from the heat generating device, and at
least one heat pipe mounted in the heat sink, each heat pipe having a condensing
side formed at each end and disposed at a relatively lower temperature area at
the heat sink and an evaporation side formed at the middle and disposed at a relatively
higher temperature area at the heat sink.
