A display assembly for attachment to a vehicle is provided that includes a panel
assembly for receiving a display leaf; and a strap assembly connected to the panel
assembly. The strap assembly is removably connected to a roof rack to removably
mount the display assembly to the vehicle. This allows the panel assembly to extend
downwardly along a side of the vehicle, such that the direction of travel of the
vehicle is substantially in the vertical plane of the panel assembly.
