The present invention relates generally to oligonucleotides and more
specifically to oligonucleotides which have a sequence including at least
two CDG dinucleotides and a prodrug of an antimetabolite. The prodrug can
be part of a CpG dinucleotide or may be attached elsewhere on the
oligonucleotide.
