A hitch-mounted game carrier apparatus for transporting and skinning game. The
hitch-mounted game carrier apparatus includes a support assembly being adapted
to be fastened to a hitch of a vehicle; and also includes a winch assembly being
mounted to the support assembly and including a winch and a cable being carried
by the winch; and further includes a game carrier assembly being supported by the
support assembly for carrying the game.
