A pictorial representation of an existing system is first displayed along with a plurality of components thereof. Next, information is presented relating to building, managing, and supporting the components of the existing system by indicia coding the components on the pictorial representation. The building, management, and support information relates more specifically to deliverable features of the components of the existing system that are available in a business offering.
