The method includes providing a phone to the user, receiving over the phone a request to purchase a recording, determining the recording to be purchased, delivering the recording to the user and wherein the step of determining the recording to be purchased is based on at least one item from the set consisting of a satellite radio channel being listened to by the user, a satellite video channel being listed to by the user, a geographic position associated with the user, a voice recording stored on the phone, a set of images stored on the phone, a video stored on the phone.
