A belt buckle has a main body of any desired shape with a rear surface
having a belt holding loop and a tang and a front surface with a spinning
element rotatably held on a pin in a recess formed in the main body. The
main body has indicia held on a surface whereby when the spinning element
is spun it will stop and point to one of the indicia. A coordinated belt
may be attached to the rear surface of the main body and may have a
number of openings formed in rows along its length to allow one or more
pegs to be selectively moved along the belt to indicate the results of a
game played by spinning the spinning element in the belt buckle.
