The apparatus includes a supporter, a driver, a body, and a converter. The supporter is configured to support the generator and the detector. The driver is configured to drive the supporter. The body is configured to incorporate the supporter and the driver. The converter is provided at a bottom of the body and is configured to convert regenerative energy caused by the driver to heat energy.
