The method for the production of amyloid-.beta. peptide using ubiquitin as a fusion partner according to the present invention overcomes such problems of chemical methods for synthesizing amyloid-.beta. peptide as low yield and high production cost, and can be effectively used for producing amyloid-.beta. peptide in a high yield.
