The step portion (4) comprises a first horizontal portion (40) provided inside a side portion of the housing (5), a second horizontal portion (41) provided higher or lower and further inside the housing (5) than the first horizontal portion (40) and receiving an outer surface of the anode lead (20), and a linking portion (42) linking the first horizontal portion (40) and the second horizontal portion (41). The linking portion (42) is provided with an open hole (43), an edge of the open hole (43) overlapping the second horizontal portion (41), and a tip portion of the anode lead (20) being fitted into the open hole (43).
