In an embodiment, the device comprises an elongate body including a first member having a distal cutting end and a second member that slidingly engages the first member. In addition, the second member includes a tissue capture chamber having an opening facing the first member. Further, the first member is moveable relative to the second member between an opened position and a closed position, wherein the first member is disposed across the tissue capture chamber of the second member when the first member is in the closed position.
