Systems and methods are disclosed to provide educational assessment of
reading performance for a student by receiving a log-in from the student
over a network; presenting a new concept to the student through a
multimedia presentation; testing the student on the concept at a
predetermined learning level; collecting test results for one or more
concepts into a test result group; performing a diagnostic assessment of
the test result group; and adaptively modifying the predetermined
learning level based on the adaptive diagnostic assessment and repeating
the process at the modified predetermined learning level for a plurality
of sub-tests.
