The invention relates to a joint prosthesis comprising a first anchoring
element (1a), a second anchoring element (1b) and a joint body (9) of an
elastic material. The joint body (9) is attached to the two anchoring
elements (1a1b). These are arranged to be secured into a respective bone
having a respective anchoring axis (A, B). According to the invention,
the anchoring axes (1a, 1b) are arranged so that they do not coincide
with each other when the joint prosthesis is in an unloaded state. The
invention also relates to a use of the invented joint prosthesis as well
as a method for the application of a joint prosthesis.
