A tracking and monitoring system for tracking and improving performance in
academic, training and business environments which provides feedback for
improvement. The system tracks performance indicators and tests those
performance indicators to provide more regular feedback to, for example,
a student so the student can monitor progress on up to a daily basis. The
system provides guidance as to what performance indicators need
additional attention and provides and overall indication as to whether
performance is improving, stagnant or declining. In the preferred system,
outside parties, such as academic professionals, have access to the
tracked performance indicators and test scores so that a student's
progress can be monitored.
