A low-cholesterol brewed beverage dispenser includes a high-pressure
brewing area, a low-pressure area, and a filter. The high-pressure
brewing area is configured for brewing water and a brewable material at a
relatively high pressure. The low-pressure area is positioned to receive
the brewed beverage from the high-pressure brewing area. The pressure in
the low-pressure area is relatively lower than the pressure in the
high-pressure brewing area. The filter is positioned in the low-pressure
area. The filter is configured to remove at least some high-cholesterol
oils from the brewed beverage.
