The present invention of "A method for producing functional food aimed at
blood pressure reduction from the hydrolyzed vegetable solution, relates
to study and develop methods for producing high-performance Angiotensin
Convening Enzyme Inhibitor (ACEI) from vegetables by the following
production, processes, such as washing, drying, powdering, ultrasonic
extraction, vacuum concentration, freeze-drying, dissolution as well as
enzymic hydrolysis etc., in addition, the said ACEI is acting as a kind
