A control equipment for controlling calls for a mobile terminal and a relay equipment for relaying control signals between the mobile terminal and the control equipment monitor control signals during the call processing for the specified mobile terminal. A data collection and analysis equipment receives and processes those monitored control signals for a fault analysis.
