The plurality of electrodes include a first electrode, a second electrode that is disposed on the first electrode with an insulation layer formed between the first and second electrodes, and a third electrode that is disposed on the second electrode with an insulation layer formed between the second and third electrodes and connected to the first electrode through at least two contact holes.
