A method and system of providing computer based life coaching comprising
the steps of: providing an interface that allows a user to valuate their
present level of happiness in a series of broadly defined areas of life;
including money, leisure, love, physical environment, professional
development, friends and family, health, and personal growth. Once levels
of happiness are obtained in each of these areas, a chart is created to
determine which areas are of lowest satisfaction and address them. The
system then prompts a user to establish factors related to each area of
happiness and evaluate those factors in terms of importance level.
Subsequently, the user is prompted to select various changes related to
the factors and areas. Once the changes are selected, a description of
the user after the changes occur is generated and supplied to the user.
