The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a paper of
multi-color ink-jet printable grade. A proper hydrophicity for the paper
is secured by using an 2-oxetanone size in the appropriate sizing steps.
The size is made from non-branched and branched-chain fatty acids having
main chain comprising 6-22 carbons linked with each other by saturated
bonds.
