The present invention relates to ketoamide and ketoester compounds of
Formula (I):

wherein W is --NH-- or --O--, or stereoisomeric forms, stereoisomeric
mixtures, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt forms thereof, which are
useful as inhibitors of HCV NS3 protease, and to pharmaceutical
compositions and diagnostic kits comprising the same, and methods of using
the same for treating viral infection or as an assay standard or reagent.
La presente invenzione riguarda i residui del ketoester e di ketoamide della formula (i): ## del ## STR1 in cui il W è --NH -- o il --O --. o le forme stereoisomeric, le miscele stereoisomeric, o il sale accettabile forma farmaceuticamente di ciò, che sono utili come inibitori della proteasi di HCV NS3 ed alle composizioni farmaceutiche ed ai corredi diagnostici che contengono lo stesso ed ai metodi di usando lo stesso per l'infezione virale trattante o come un campione o reagente di analisi.
