A semiconductor device comprising a silicon substrate and an insulating
film adjacent thereto and which operates by applying a voltage to an
electrode opposed to the silicon substrate with the insulating film
interposed between; wherein an intermediate film is contained that is
located between the silicon substrate and the insulating film and has a
thickness of 0.2-1 nm. A method for manufacturing such a semiconductor
device is also disclosed.
Un dispositivo de semiconductor que abarca un substrato del silicio y un aislamiento filman adyacente además y que funciona aplicando un voltaje a un electrodo opuesto al substrato del silicio con la película aislador interpuesta en medio; en donde se contiene una película intermedia que está situada entre el substrato del silicio y la película aislador y tiene un grueso de 0.2-1 nm. Un método para fabricar tal dispositivo de semiconductor también se divulga.
