An object of the present invention is to provide compounds which have
antitumor activity and do not change cytomorphosis. Disclosed are
compounds represented by formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable
salts and solvates thereof and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said
compounds:

wherein X and Z each independently represent CH or N; R.sup.1 to R.sup.3
represent H, substituted alkoxy, unsubstituted alkoxy or the like; R.sup.4
represents H; R.sup.5 to R.sup.8 represent H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy,
alkylthio, nitro, or amino, provided that R.sup.5 to R.sup.8 do not
simultaneously represent H; R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 represent H, alkyl, or
alkylcarbonyl; and R.sup.11 represents alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, or
aralkyl.
Ein Gegenstand der anwesenden Erfindung ist, Mittel zur Verfügung zu stellen, die Antitumortätigkeit haben und nicht cytomorphosis ändern. Gegeben die Mittel frei, die durch Formel (i) und pharmazeutisch annehmbare Salze und solvates davon und der pharmazeutische Aufbau enthält besagte Mittel dargestellt werden: ## STR1 ## worin X und Z jedes unabhängig CH oder N darstellen; R.sup.1 zu R.sup.3 stellt H, ersetztes alkoxy, nicht ersetztes alkoxy oder dergleichen dar; R.sup.4 stellt H dar; R.sup.5 zu R.sup.8 stellt H, Halogen, Alkyl, alkoxy, das alkylthio, Nitro- oder Amino dar, vorausgesetzt daß R.sup.5 zu R.sup.8 nicht gleichzeitig H darstellen; R.sup.9 und R.sup.10 stellen H, Alkyl oder alkylcarbonyl dar; und R.sup.11 stellt Alkyl, Alkenyl, alkynyl oder aralkyl dar.
