A machine for automatically tying a four-in-hand necktie knot in a necktie,
includes (1) a horizontal rotatable cylinder; (2) a hooking mechanism
capable of pulling a left hand short segment of the necktie through a loop
of a right hand long segment of the necktie hanging from the rotatable
cylinder; (3) a finger mechanism capable of laterally moving the right
hand long segment along the length of the rotatable cylinder; (4) a
whirler mechanism capable of flipping an end of the right hand long
segment around the rotatable cylinder and up through a space between the
right hand long segment and the left hand short segment and the necktie
support, and (5) an electronic and feedback control for operating various
mechanisms in response to a sequence of voltage commands.
Una macchina per automaticamente la legatura del nodo della cravatta della quattro-in-mano in una cravatta, include (1) un cilindro rotativo orizzontale; (2) un meccanismo agganciante capace di tirare un segmento di short della mano sinistra della cravatta attraverso un ciclo di un segmento lungo destro della cravatta che pende dal cilindro rotativo; (3) un meccanismo della barretta capace lateralmente di spostamento del segmento lungo destro su la lunghezza del cilindro rotativo; (4) un meccanismo della centrifuga capace di lanciare una conclusione del segmento lungo destro intorno al cilindro rotativo ed aumenta attraverso uno spazio fra il segmento lungo destro ed il segmento di short della mano sinistra ed il supporto della cravatta e (5) un controllo di risposte ed elettronico per il funzionamento dei meccanismi vari in risposta ad una sequenza di tensione comanda.
