The excitation of an oscillation in a mechanical system, such as a machine
element, subjected to a jerk can be suppressed or at least attenuated by
rounding a corresponding jerk curve and/or by tuning the stop band of a
bandstop filter to the characteristic frequencies of the mechanical system
or machine element. In combination, both measures can improve the
positioning accuracy while at the same time minimizing excitation of
oscillations.
A excitação de uma oscilação em um sistema mecânico, tal como um elemento da máquina, sujeitado a um empurrão pode ser suprimida ou ao menos atenuado arredondando uma curva correspondente do empurrão e/ou ajustando a faixa do batente de um filtro do bandstop às freqüências características do elemento mecânico do sistema ou da máquina. Na combinação, ambas as medidas podem melhorar a exatidão posicionando ao ao mesmo tempo minimizar a excitação das oscilações.
