An apparatus and method for pasteurizing products, in particular filled
receptacles, such as bottles, the apparatus being provided with a control
unit comprising a first control circuit which is adapted to be controlled
according to a first criterion, and at least one second control circuit,
which is adapted to be controlled according to a second criterion, with
the second control circuit being superimposed on said first control
circuit.
