A polyolefin-based nanocomposite and a method of preparing the same are
disclosed. The polyolefin-based nanocomposite is prepared by melt kneading
a mixture including (A) 40-99.8% by weight of a matrix polymer of
polyolefin; (B) 0.1-30% by weight of a polyolefin compatilizer containing
polar reactive groups; and (C) 0.1-30% by weight of a layered clay
material having a quaternary ammonium ion bonded to the surface thereof.
The quaternary ammonium ion contains (I) at least one alkyl group having
at least 15 carbon atoms; and (ii) a substitutent having
--Si--O--Si--linkage and at least one terminal reactive group.
Um nanocomposite polyolefin-baseado e um método de preparar o mesmo são divulgados. O nanocomposite polyolefin-baseado é preparado pelo derretimento que kneading uma mistura including (A) 40-99.8% pelo peso de um polímero da matriz do polyolefin; (B) 0.1-30% pelo peso de um compatilizer do polyolefin que contem grupos reactive polares; e (C) 0.1-30% pelo peso de um material mergulhado da argila que tem um íon do ammonium quaternary ligado à superfície disso. O íon do ammonium quaternary contem (I) ao menos um grupo alkyl que tem ao menos 15 átomos de carbono; e (ii) ter substitutent -- silicone -- O -- Silicone -- enlace e ao menos um grupo reactive terminal.
