A method for isolating a mixture of anthocyanins, bioflavonoids and
phenolics from an edible berry using adsorbent resins which are
regenerable for reuse is described. The mixture with a consumable carrier
is particularly useful in foods and as a dietary supplement or
nutraceutical product.
