The invention provides a method for the treatment of heterozygous familial
hypercholesterolemia by administering the compound
(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrim
idin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid or a pharmaceutically
acceptable salt thereof.
Die Erfindung stellt eine Methode für die Behandlung von heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia vom Ausüben des Mittels zur Verfügung (E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrim Säure idin-5-yl](3R, 5S)-3, 5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon.
