Urinary incontinence such as stress incontinence, is alleviated in a
mammal, in particular a human being, especially a woman, by correcting
the internal urethral orifice and the urethra with an elastic form stable
material. Such a material preferably a curable elastomer-precursor
composition is injected in the body tissue surrounding the urethra,
thereby correcting internal urethral orifice and the urethra
substantially to its original shape, allowing the sphincter to act in a
controllable way.
Urinausscheidendes incontinence wie Druck incontinence, wird in einem Säugetier, insbesondere in einem menschlichen Wesen, besonders eine Frau, durch das Beheben der internen urethralen Öffnung und des Urethra mit einem elastischen Formstallmaterial vermindert. Solch ein Material vorzugsweise ein heilbarer Elastomer-Vorläufer Aufbau wird im Körpergewebe eingespritzt, das den Urethra umgibt, dadurch im wesentlichen behebt man interne urethrale Öffnung und den Urethra zu seiner ursprünglichen Form und läßt den Sphincter in einer kontrollierbaren Weise fungieren.
