The invention relates to a method for producing shaped bodies, especially
threads or foils, from at least one polymer of the groups consisting of
polysaccharide, polysaccharide derivative or polyvinyl alcohol by forming
a solution of the polymer that contains an additive in a solvent
containing amine-N-oxide, extruding the solution and precipitating the
extrudate by contacting with a coagulant. The invention is characterized
in that at least two polymeric solutions are formed. At least one of the
two polymeric solutions contains one or more finely distributed additives
and the at least two polymeric solutions are simultaneously extruded
forming a combined extrudate.
De uitvinding heeft op een methode om gevormde organismen, vooral draden of folies, van minstens één polymeer van de groepen betrekking te produceren die uit polysaccharide, polysaccharide afgeleide of polyvinyl alcohol door een oplossing van het polymeer bestaan te vormen dat een additief in een oplosbaar bevattend amine-n-oxyde bevat, uitdrijvend de oplossing en stortend extrudate door met een stollingsmiddel te contacteren. De uitvinding wordt gekenmerkt in dat minstens twee polymere oplossingen wordt gevormd. Minstens één van de twee polymere oplossingen bevat één of meerdere fijn verdeelde additieven en de minstens twee polymere oplossingen worden gelijktijdig uitgedreven vormt gecombineerde extrudate.
