The present invention relates to drugs containing phospholipid derivatives
preferably of non-natural nucleosides corresponding to general formula I:

R.sub.1 represents an alkyl chain with 10-14 carbon atoms,
R.sub.2 represents an alkyl chain with 8-12 carbon atoms,
n represents an integer equal to 0 to 2,
R.sub.3 represents a hydroxy group,
R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 represent hydrogen, and
B represents 5-fluorouracil,
for use as antitumoral or antiproliferative active ingredients for the
prophylaxis and/or curative, palliative or supportive treatment of tumor
diseases or neoplasias, such as for example carcinomas, sarcomas,
lymphomas or leukemias, both as therapeutic or prophylactic agents for
monotherapy and in free or fixed combination with other modalities of
prophylaxis or therapy.
