of spectral sensitivities of an AE sensor and an AF sensor respectively,
is actualized, wherein visual sensitivity corrections filters of an
optical system are reduced. In the solid-state imaging apparatus includes
AF photodiode regions for auto-focusing and An AE photodiode region for
executing a photometric process of a photographing region, are integrated
on a same semiconductor substrate, characteristics of spectral
sensitivities of the AF photodiode regions are different from a
characteristic of the spectral sensitivity of the AE photodiode region.
Desirably, a peak wavelength of each of the spectral sensitivity
characteristics of the AF photodiode regions is positioned on a longer
wavelength side than a peak wavelength of the AE photodiode region.
