A printing group of a rotary printing press includes at least one forme cylinder
and at least one transfer cylinder. The forme cylinder has at least two printing
forme end receiving channels. These two channels are spaced circumferentially.
At least one of these forme cylinder end receiving channels rolls off against a
channel in the transfer cylinder. One of the forme cylinder end receiving channels
is at least partially covered by a printing forme carried by the forme cylinder.
